Notice: Fee Update (Effective 1st April 2026)

Session fees for existing clients will increase by 20%, effective from 1st April 2026.

I offer therapy that is ethical, confidential, and deeply compassionate—created to support your mental and emotional well-being. Currently, all sessions are held online.

Please take a moment to read the following Terms & Conditions, which outline the expectations, rights, and responsibilities involved in working together. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out at therapist.vini@gmail.com.

1. Nature of the Therapeutic Relationship

Therapy is a professional, collaborative process designed to help you explore challenges, build coping skills, and work toward meaningful change. It is not a substitute for medical, legal, or financial advice.

You are encouraged to take an active role in your therapy and ask questions at any time.

2. Confidentiality

Your privacy is deeply respected. All information shared in sessions is kept confidential, in accordance with ethical guidelines and applicable Indian laws, with the following exceptions:

If there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others
Suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elderly, or vulnerable individual
If disclosure is required by law or court order

For online sessions, we use secure video platforms to protect your confidentiality. We also recommend joining sessions from a quiet, private space.

3. Session Format & Duration

Session Length: 60 min.
Format: Online (via Google Meet).
All sessions are available by prior appointment only.
Sessions begin and end on time. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session.

4. Fees & Payments

Individual Session Fee: ₹2500 per session for Domestic clients and ₹4000 for International clients
Payment Methods: UPI, Paypal or bank transfer.
Fees are due the day before the session. Failing to do so would result in cancellation of the session.
If your organization provides insurance, please let me know and we'll find a way to get you coverage.

Sliding scale options may be available on a limited basis. Please inquire if cost is a concern.

5. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Cancellations require at least 12 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations time will invite a 50% payment of the session fees and missed sessions will be charged at the full session rate.
Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the therapist’s discretion.

6. Online Therapy Considerations

Please ensure a stable internet connection and a private space free from interruptions.
Use headphones for better audio and privacy.
In case of technical issues, the session may be rescheduled or continued via phone if needed.

7. Crisis Support

I do not provide crisis service. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health emergency or need assistance for domestic violence below are few some helplines.

8. Ending Therapy

You are free to pause or end therapy at any time. Your therapist may also suggest ending or referring you to another provider if:

Therapy is no longer beneficial
There are ethical, boundary, or safety concerns
Your needs are beyond my scope of practice

If the you choose to terminate therapy, it is recommended that you inform me in time to ideally have 1 or 2 more sessions to wrap up the process.
